At ALPHA Tyres we understand that emergencies usually happen at the least convenient times. That’s why we proudly offered our 24/7 After Hours Service for all tyre customers - passenger, agriculture and commercial.
No matter your emergency, 364 days a year (with the exception of Christmas Day) if you contact our landline during closed hours we guarantee you’ll be connected to a helpful staff member who can assist with your enquiry, providing a quote and ETA for the repair to be completed, and upon your completion we’re generally there within the hour.

Please note – we do have many ways to contact our team – on social media, text, website enquiry, email and chat – however these platforms are not monitored after hours or on weekends so if the matter is urgent please please, call us on the phone to guarantee an instant reply.
Our After Hours service activates automatically at our closing time of 5:00pm week days and 12:00pm on Saturdays, and turns off when we re-open 8:00am Monday to Saturday.
You’ll be advised when you contact us of the fees. There will be a minimum callout fee plus the cost of the job and/or any travel time, if on site. The reason for this is we value our staff’s time in the highest regard, and pay above award after-hours hourly rates to appreciate their efforts of being on call and working during after hours and weekend/holiday periods. The callout fee covers us taking the call, providing the quote, checking stock levels (if a new tyre is required), leaving home, opening the store and turning on all required equipment and completing the job.
We understand that emergencies don’t always come with an emergency budget. We will always offer to try to assist you when we’re open the following morning during normal trading hours to avoid the after hours charges, and if we can, we’ll always try to repair the tyre rather than fitting a new one.
Unfortunately not, at this time we only offer tyre repair services after hours.
